Are storage products included in the investment?
Storage products are not included in the project investment. We source carefully selected products where required to suit your space, needs and preferences.
All recommendations are discussed with you and approved before purchasing, so you’ll always have full visibility of costs.
Do I need to declutter before you arrive?
Not at all. Decluttering is part of our process, and we’ll guide you through deciding what stays, what goes and what will work best for your home moving forward.
Some clients prefer to do some decluttering before we begin, especially if they enjoy being involved in those decisions or want to reduce the overall project scope. Others prefer to have support throughout the entire process. We’ll chat through what feels right for you during your initial consultation.
How Do you know what systems will work for my family?
We start with our proven approach to creating functional spaces, using layouts and systems that are designed to work in real homes.
From there, we personalise the details around your household – your routines, preferences and the little things that make your home unique, so the final system feels natural for everyone using it.
How does the product sourcing process work?
Product sourcing is a key part of creating a home organisation system that is both functional and beautiful. Once we’ve designed the best layout for your space and identified what you need, we’ll discuss your product investment and aesthetic preferences so we can select products that align with your goals.
We’ll take care of the research, sourcing and purchasing process for you, ensuring every product has a purpose and works seamlessly within your new system.
What area do you service?
We proudly service homes across Sydney. Projects requiring extended travel or significant toll costs may incur a travel fee, which will always be confirmed before booking.
Based outside Sydney? We’re happy to travel for select projects, with all travel and accommodation expenses covered by the client.
